  • Capacity development and confidence building action plan developed for each of the 15 communities, with the participation of the community members
  • Provide coaching and monitoring to ensure successful implementation of at least 4 instruction/learning events, 2 study visits and 2 conferences, involving all target communities
  • 30 target LPAs supported to develop confidence building proposals
